| SafeTrac GPS, strives to
accommodate every customer in every way, however we must,
like all business's have a policy for returned merchandise.
SafeTrac employees will
make every effort to assist customers with problems to avoid
costly returns. |
| SafeTrac GPS
will issue a full refund, less all shipping &
handling charges, when the following conditions have been
met: |
- Purchased from SafeTrac GPS and a copy of
the sales receipt accompanies the package, or
- The sale can be verified by SafeTrac as
being purchased from SafeTrac GPS
- Returned within 15 days of the date of
purchase
- All original packaging materials
including manuals and registration cards are returned in
tact and un-damaged.
- All merchandise is in perfect condition,
not used, scratched, dented, torn, or damaged in any way.
- Returned to SafeTrac GPS at customer's
expense.
- Merchandise returned damaged or abused
will not be accepted and returned to customer at customer's
expense
- Merchandise returned with missing items
of packaging will be charged a 10% rework fee
- Merchandise returned with missing
components or parts will be charged appropriately.
